Sailing Weekend

The Oaklands Sailing Weekend offers you a break with a difference giving you the opportunity to learn a new activity whilst staying in luxurious surroundings, all based in the heart of Norfolk.

Try your hand at learning to sail with a beginner’s introductory course based at Whitlingham Outdoor Centre just 5 minutes away from the hotel. Your weekend course covers all the basic skills required to rig and sail a double hander dinghy under supervision with the aim to reach RYA level 1 standard by the end of the weekend.

Providing a contrast from your busy days on the water spend each evening in your own private lodge retreat. Enjoy a glass of wine on your balcony/terrace, watch a film on the giant plasma television screen in the separate lounge area or snuggle down in the Egyptian sheets in your stylish and intimate bedroom.

The package is for two people and includes three nights accommodation and breakfast (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and a two eight hour days (9am – 5pm) on a sailing course (Saturday & Sunday).

The Oaklands Sailing Weekend package is available from 7th September until the 29th October 2007.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
This course is strictly subject to availability at Whitlingham Outdoor Centre. Your booking will only be confirmed once you have received TWO confirmation e-mails. One e-mail will be an automatic confirmation for your accommodation and the second will be a separate personal e-mail confirming availability of the sailing course.

Cancellations: Two weeks notice must be given if you wish to cancel the booking otherwise full payment will be charged.
